About SiteSurvey

Built aroundthe real site.

SiteSurvey connects every space, form, product and person from the first visit to final sign-off.

Why we started

The work happened on site. The information got lost afterwards.

Site work has always generated information: notes, photographs, checklists, drawings and sign-off sheets. Too often it ended up scattered across paper, inboxes and disconnected tools.

We built SiteSurvey to keep that information connected to the physical place it describes. Add the plan, define the spaces, then capture exactly what belongs in each one.

“A site should become clearer every time somebody works on it.”

Field first

One living record of every site.

Office and field teams see the same project, the same spaces and the same progress—without rebuilding the story later.

How we think

Designed for reality.

Simple principles guide every part of the platform.

01

The site is the source

Information should be captured where the work happens, with the space, product and context attached from the start.

02

Structure without friction

Powerful forms and repeatable processes should make field work faster—not turn every surveyor into a system administrator.

03

One connected record

Plans, spaces, evidence, commissioning and sign-off belong together so the full story of a site is always clear.
