SiteSurvey combines floor plans, live space mapping, mobile capture, offline working, product records, forms, and reporting in one platform built for field survey teams.
SiteSurvey differs from general-purpose inspection apps by connecting floor plans, real spaces, mobile capture, product records, forms, and reporting in one shared project. Teams can see where each space is and keep every captured detail tied to its physical location.
The AR floorplan feature uses the device camera and LiDAR sensor to trace room boundaries and measure dimensions without a physical tape measure or laser. The resulting floorplan is accurate to within a few centimetres and is created as part of the survey workflow rather than as a separate step, saving significant time on projects that require as-built drawings or spatial context.
The offline capability is complete rather than partial. Forms, photos, AR measurements, voice notes, and barcode scans all function without any connection to the internet. Data is stored securely on the device and syncs automatically when connectivity returns, without requiring any manual action from the operative. This is important for surveys in basements, plant rooms, remote sites, and any location with unreliable signal.
AI-assisted reporting reads submitted form data and generates a structured draft report in natural language, reducing the time from survey completion to deliverable. Because records stay connected to projects and spaces, office teams can review progress and assemble accurate reports without re-keying field notes.
