After your 7-day free trial you choose a paid plan or export your data. No credit card required to start, and your data is always yours.
Your free trial gives you full access to the SiteSurvey platform for 7 days with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose a paid plan to continue — Base from £13 per user per month, or The Works from £25 per user per month. Your account, forms, projects and submitted data carry over to your paid plan with no interruption.
If you decide not to continue after the trial, you can export all your captured data before the trial period closes. SiteSurvey provides PDF, CSV and raw file exports so you leave with everything you collected during the trial. Nothing is deleted immediately on trial expiry — there is a short grace period for exports.
There is no long-term commitment required on either paid plan. Both are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. If your team grows or your needs change, you can upgrade between plans at any point, and the difference is billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period.
